What does land development include?
Planning how a piece of land is laid out, developing it, and marketing it, for residential or commercial use. We also handle the plan sanctions and approvals the land needs along the way.
Do you handle the approvals?
Yes. We help secure the government clearances and building permits a project needs, so construction can start and run without stopping for paperwork.
Can you build on the land as well?
Yes. We build homes, and we build modular farm cottages and villas that are ready in 30 to 60 days. We also develop resort and holiday-stay properties, from the design to getting them ready for guests.
